High Zone started with a simple idea:
create a smoke shop that treats people right — with honesty, quality products, and a clean, modern shopping experience.

Before opening our doors in 2017, we spent years exploring products, reviewing brands, and learning what customers in our community actually wanted. We didn’t want to be “just another smoke shop.” We wanted to build something better — a place where the customer always comes first.

High Zone began as a small online shop in 2015. What started as a passion for premium glass, vaporizers, and unique accessories quickly grew into something bigger. Customers loved the curated, high-quality selection — and many asked for a physical location.

So in 2017, we opened our first retail store in Ontario, California.
